Objective
Like the hit song from the 80’s, “Girls just wanna have fun!” play for the love of the game! Learn the skills to compete in next level.
Rules
- Time based – 75 min or 90 min.
- Two balls – 1x softball 1x baseball
- Two diamonds in one – Softball & Baseball diamond.
Innings 1&2 – Most Runs win the innings and get 1 point Most points wins Innings. Innings 3 – All runs counts as points, home run is worth 3 points.
- Innings 1 – Softball
- Innings 2 – Baseball but underhand on softball diamond
- Innings 3 – Baseball overhand
- Innings 1 & 3 normal anti-clock wise play around diamond on specific diamond.
- Innings 2 – Switch! 1st & 3rd base swops, clock-wise running around diamond.
NO WALKS: On ball 4 batter runs, pitcher has to throw to all 3 outfielders before ball becomes live to get batter out.
- Batter can steal any time.
- Coach has 1 switch call to reverse running on bases, can be used at any time.
- Spectators are part of the game, if they catch ball batter is out!
- Stepping out of batter’s box is a STRIKE!
- Bunting allowed in innings 1&2 but must be left handed, NO BUNTING in 3rd innings.
TIE BREAKER – If tied after final innings, pitcher & catcher only fielders , batter v pitcher, on hit pitcher has to collect ball to make batter out
