The Gauteng Schools Softball Association trials took place over the weekend at Red Sox Club fields in Kempton Park.
Players nominated from TSSA, ESU and JSA took part in the trials.
A Gauteng team is selected to take part in the Summer Games in December where all teams from all the provinces in various sports compete.
Players might be nominated for inclusion in the SA Softball team.
